GRADING SYSTEM

Pins are handmade, therefore flaws are inevitable. The backs and sides of pins are not graded unless it heavily takes away from the overall design.

A Grade - no visible flaws at arms length, 1-3 minor flaws such as small scratches, scuffs or pin pricks

B Grade - slightly more flaws (4-6) such as scratches, scuffs, pin pricks overfill or underfill of enamel, none easily seen in natural lighting but may be slightly noticeable at arms length

C Grade - deeper scratches on enamel or plating, missing enamel, slight miscoloration, small areas of wrong enamel colors

Seconds - heavily flawed, facial flaws, missing back posts, etc. These are typically not available in my shop unless listed in flawed blind bags.

PAY FOR PRODUCTION PINS ARE NOT GRADED AT ALL (they are considered mystery grade)

ORDER POLICY

Please limit purchases to one design per person, unless specified otherwise

If there is more than variant available, one variant per person is acceptable.

RESELLING/TRADING

I currently do not plan on making specific rules on how to price pins you have purchased from me but I discourage selling anything that is not yet in your hands, especially preorders since colors may be different from the art.
Under no circumstances, sell a P4P for more than drop+ship+ship. I do not profit from pay for production pins as they are either traced or extremely ripped from original art.
If you are caught selling a pay for production for more than drop+ship+ship, you will be blocked and banned from my shop and all pending orders will be refunded. No exceptions.

PREORDERS

Pre-orders may take between 2-6 months to be shipped from a manufacturer. Mine typically take no longer than 4 but I cannot control any mishaps. I, however, promise to keep everyone as up to date as possible.

I will grade and send pre-orders out within 2 weeks of receiving them.

Going forward, once pre-orders are closed, variant swaps will not be optional. I order a specific amount for a reason.

Preorders are nonrefundable unless there are extenuating circumstances such as manufacturing errors causing them to take longer than 6 months.
Please reach out to me about repurchasing if you feel it is necessary.

Pay for production designs are not graded. Please do not order if you are concerned about flaws. These are sold at production costs and I do not profit from them. Because of this, I will not take the additional time to make sure every single one is perfect. 

COMBINED SHIPPING

If you wish to combine orders and save on shipping, please use the code: COMBINE and either leave a note on your order with your previous order number or email me both order numbers.

If you do not use the code, you must reach out to me ASAP so that I can refund you the additional shipping cost, specifically with in hand drops. I typically tackle in hands the day they are ordered so it is important that you do so if you want to save on shipping.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me through the contact page on my shop website or by email ([email protected])
Once an order has been dropped off and scanned in, I am no longer responsible for your package. I cannot control how postal workers handle things once in their care and may not be able to replace your item.

I have made adjustments so that shipping is available worldwide. If you do not see a shipping option for your address, please reach out to me ASAP so I can make adjusments.
